How you will make an impact
  • Ensure the smooth integration of new manufacturing processes, including machinery, technologies, tooling, and equipment.
  • Conduct process capability studies, statistical analyses, and data-driven evaluations to support productivity targets and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing activities.
  • Identify and implement process control measures, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques, to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Provide training and support to production teams on new processes, procedures, and equipment, while establishing and monitoring ramp-up plans to ensure successful implementation and operation.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Develop, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design & Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Knowledge of handling systems and tooling is an advantage.
  • Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
