The role covers chronic condition monitoring, medication governance, mobility and falls prevention, nutrition oversight, and coordinating visits from attending physicians and specialists in a private estate clinic.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from a Tier‑1 Western institution.
• Registration in a Tier‑1 Western system NMC, NMBI, North America, Oceania, or Western and Northern Europe
• Substantive geriatric, private duty or high‑dependency experience
• Demonstrated discretion in confidential environments
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Sole clinical continuity for the Principal, with chronic condition monitoring
• Oversee medication governance and administration within the private domain
• Monitor mobility, prevent falls, and oversee nutrition for the principal
• Coordinate access of visiting consultants and maintain the clinical record
• Escalate to attending physician as structured

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Private Duty Nurse to an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Principal in Riyadh on a permanent residential mandate built around continuity and geriatric care.

The engagement is governed by a strict non-disclosure agreement.

The Mandate: Sole clinical continuity for an elderly Principal with chronic condition monitoring, medication governance, mobility and falls prevention, nutrition oversight and structured escalation to the attending physician. The appointed nurse is the constant in the care team.

Clinical Environment: A residential medical suite within a private estate, equipped to the standard of a high-dependency room. Visiting consultants attend the residence, the nurse coordinates that access and holds the clinical record.
