Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.
• Experience with Reformer Pilates.
• Strong understanding of strength training and movement mechanics.
• Experience in yoga and/or pre/postnatal coaching is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for health, fitness, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pilates and personal training sessions to private clients and small groups (5–6 people).
• Lead Reformer Pilates sessions.
• Support clients with strength and conditioning.
• Support posture and alignment.
• Enhance mobility and functional movement.
• Provide pre- and postnatal training.
• Help clients achieve health and wellness goals.
• Create tailored training programs based on client needs.
• Maintain a professional, motivating environment.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term progress.
