Job summary

alfanar is seeking a business administrator to develop project sales opportunities in the precast concrete market, coordinating technical and commercial proposals and managing customer relationships through award, execution, and collection to meet targets.

The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, developers, and owners, negotiating terms, following up quotations, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Project Opportunity Development: identify and develop new project sales opportunities and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Quotation & Commercial Management: coordinate with Technical and Estimation teams to prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
• Project Coordination: liaise with Design, Production, Planning, Projects, and Finance after contract award.
• Collection & Account Follow-Up: monitor payments and coordinate with Finance for timely collection.
• Delivery & Quality: ensure delivery schedules, compliance with quality requirements, and problem resolution.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: follow policies, seek automation opportunities, and maintain proper records.
