Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is offering a Tendering Engineer Intern position. You will support the tendering team in preparing proposals for power quality products, under guidance from experienced engineers.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to customer requirements, costing, supplier coordination, and the bid process, with focus on safety, quality, and integrity. Fresh graduates will gain analytical, commercial, and communication skills while contributing to live

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates with interest in tendering and technical-commercial proposals.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Power Quality products and solutions.

Responsibilities

Review customer inquiries, specifications, drawings and BOMs; support bid/no-bid assessments.
Assist in selecting Power Quality solutions and prepare technical datasheets and BOMs.
Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Factories, Project Management and Sales for inputs.
Prepare clear customer communications and responses with proper documentation.
Maintain tender documentation and support internal reviews and timely submissions.
