Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Tendering Engineer Intern in Dammam, Saudi Arabia to support the tendering team in preparing accurate technical-commercial proposals for power quality products and solutions.

You will gain hands-on exposure to customer requirements, costing, supplier coordination, risk review, and offer preparation under the guidance of experienced tendering engineers, while maintaining safety, quality, and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred; other related fields may be considered.
• Fresh graduates with interest in tendering and power quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review customer inquiries, specifications, drawings, and diagrams and support bid/no-bid assessments.
• Assist in preparing technical datasheets, scope of supply, BOMs, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, factories, project management, sales, and suppliers to gather inputs for offers.
• Help prepare clear customer communications and responses to clarifications.
