Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking qualified Policy, Regulatory & Institutional Experts – Clean Energy to join its expert pool for the EU-MENA Clean Tech Cooperation project. Candidates will contribute to policy analysis, regulatory reforms and institutional capacity building across energy and clean technologies.

Requirements include a university degree in energy policy or related field, strong analytical and drafting skills, and experience with public authorities or regulators.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in energy policy, law, economics or public policy.
• Proven experience in energy policy, regulation or institutional development.
• Experience advising public authorities, regulators or utilities.
• Strong analytical, drafting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysing energy and clean technology policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Support development and implementation of renewable energy and energy efficiency policies.
• Advise on electricity market reforms and institutional arrangements.
• Contribute to EU-MENA policy dialogue and regulatory analyses.
