This role covers the full lifecycle, from zero to one, validating with users and shipping a solution that works before anyone else knows it’s needed. You’ll scale what’s live, drive adoption, and partner with marketing on go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS products.
• You talk to users every week to surface real problems.
• You turn messy customer input into clear decisions.
• You write clearly and are decisive under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own problems from discovery to decision and delivery.
• Define the problem, validate with real users, and ship solutions.
• Scale live features, remove friction, and boost adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market and rollout.
