The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and at least 10 years in ready-mix plant management, with strong leadership and cost-control acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry.
• Experience in Ready-Mix Plant Management and batching operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ready-mix concrete plant.
• Oversee production, batching, dispatch coordination, maintenance, and plant efficiency.
• Ensure consistent production of high-quality concrete in line with required standards.
• Lead and manage plant teams, including production, maintenance, and operations.
• Monitor plant performance, productivity, operational KPIs, and costs.
• Ensure proper management of raw materials, inventory, and resources.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics, Sales, and Projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure proper management of raw materials, inventory, and resources.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics, Sales, and Project teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry.
• Proven experience in Ready-Mix Plant Management.
• Strong knowledge of batching plant operations, concrete production, plant maintenance, and dispatch.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
