Overview

Planning Manager - Refinery, Saudi Arabia. An international EPC contractor with projects globally in power, petrochemical & infrastructure sectors is actively looking for a Project Planning Manager to join a new refinery project in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful global company.

Role and Location

The role will require leading the planning team for a long-term project (4+ years). Initially, the position will be based at the company head office in Asia and later relocate to the project site. On-site, this is a single-status residential role with company-provided accommodation, flights, meals, car, etc. The rotation is 3 months on / 2 weeks off.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Work Breakdown Structure for the project portfolio
• Prepare the Master Schedule and Cost Plan, identifying review and approval milestones
• Implement schedule and cost management plans and budget controls
• Provide trend analysis
• Provide schedule, cost and cash flow forecasts
• Implement accurate project reporting to a fixed schedule

Qualifications & Requirements

• Should have previous experience on an Aramco project
• Experience in Primavera software
