Job summary

The Planning Engineer at alfanar supports large-scale real estate development projects by owning the day-to-day scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting cycle across multiple concurrent projects. Qualifications

Develop, structure, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 covering civil, MEP, finishing, mobilization, and handover activities.
Build and validate the Work Breakdown Structure, activity logic, durations, dependencies, and baseline revisions.
Manage change control for baseline revisions and ensure approved schedules remain aligned with project execution strategy.

Responsibilities

Collect, verify, and update site progress data on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Prepare S-curves, look-ahead schedules, manpower/resource histograms, progress reports, and management dashboards.
Perform schedule variance analysis, identify critical path shifts and delay causes, and recommend recovery actions.
