Job summary

The Arab Lens in Riyadh is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure delivery within timelines for engineering and infrastructure projects in the region.

You will prepare, maintain, and analyze schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, report progress weekly and monthly, and collaborate with project managers and site teams to mitigate delays and optimize resources. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering.
• 4+ years of project planning experience.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress against baselines.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate planning activities with project managers and site teams.
• Update project schedules based on actual progress.
• Conduct critical path and delay analysis.
• Support resource planning and workload forecasting.
• Assist in preparing recovery plans where required.
• Maintain project planning documentation and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual requirements.
