Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Prepare, update, and monitor project timelines.
• Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, and government authorities.
• Analyze schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Handle municipality requirements and platforms such as Balady.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Planning specialization) or Architecture with proven planning experience.
• 5–15 years of experience, preferably 7+ years in large real estate development projects.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit, and ArcGIS.
• Strong knowledge of municipal regulations, SBC, and Urban Authority systems.
