Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmacy services, including counseling and prescription filling, in a safe and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Provide information to medical professionals and the public regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage of medications.
• Maintain records by recording and filing physicians' orders and prescriptions.
• Monitor patient drug therapies by monitoring patient drug therapies; advising interventions.
• Comply with federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations regarding controlled substances.
• Ensure that all pharmacy operations comply with local laws and regulations as well as accreditation standards and codes of professional conduct.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, standards of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field required.
• Possess valid licensure as a pharmacist in Riyadh or be eligible for licensure in Riyadh through reciprocity/endorsement/immigration process.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a pharmacist preferred.
• Knowledgeable about drugs products such as pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
