Pharmacy Technician

Location: Jeddah

Years of Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Educational Credentials: Secondary school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Notification Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice duration

Responsibilities
  • Supporting medicinal solutions by packaging, assembling, and dispensing medications.
  • Aiding healthcare professionals and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, addressing inquiries and requests, and referring questions to the pharmacist.
  • Maintaining pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical supply to determine stock levels, preparing for required medications and products, placing and expediting orders, reconciling invoices, and removing outdated medicines.
  • Maintaining a secure and clean pharmacy by following procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Safeguarding patients and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and practices.
  • Organizing drugs for pharmacists to dispense by reading drug orders and prescriptions, preparing labels, computing quantities, and assembling intravenous services and other pharmaceutical therapies.
  • Maintaining records by recording and submitting doctors\' orders and prescriptions.
  • Generating revenue by calculating, recording, and issuing charges.
  • Ensuring medication accessibility by supplying medicines to individuals and departments.
  • Preparing reports by gathering and summarizing information.
  • Contributing to team results by achieving relevant outcomes as needed.
