Job summary

AbbVie in Jeddah seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead demand and supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional execution. You will drive forecast accuracy, manage inventory, and partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure timely business plans and product launches.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar environment, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, operations, supply chain, business management, or related field.
• MBA or higher education desirable but not required.
• +5 years’ work experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process across a 28-month horizon.
• Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate with Regulatory to manage SKU changes per SFDA requirements.
• Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Support order processing and troubleshooting shipment requests.
