Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Eng., Chemical Eng., Chemistry).
• Based in Saudi Arabia or eligible to work there.
• 10–15 years of trackable experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pharma sales in GCC and drive revenue growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships with suppliers and customers.
• Manage and coach the sales team; monitor performance and KPIs.
• Coordinate strategy with distributors and existing accounts to maximize market penetration.
