Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring accurate and compliant processing. You will coordinate with HR, Finance, the U.S. Payroll team, and a third‑party provider while supporting a new payroll system rollout.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of GCC payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance, and strong Excel skills. This role is on-site in Riyadh with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience (Saudi Arabia and/or UAE GCC payroll preferred).
• Experience with third-party payroll providers/outsourced payroll models.
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations or migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle for Saudi Arabia and UAE, including main and off-cycle processing.
• Coordinate with a third-party provider and ensure timely payroll calendars and deadlines.
• Prepare payroll inputs, reconciliations, and payroll reports for stakeholders.
