Job summary

Reef Group is offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in the Human Capital Department in Riyadh. This role is designed for recent graduates with a finance-related background to develop hands-on experience in payroll processing, employee compensation, financial reconciliation, payroll reporting, and HR financial activities.

You will work with the Payroll and Human Capital teams to gain exposure to payroll operations within a large and fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Banking & Finance, or a closely related financial discipline.
• Recent graduate with a strong interest in Payroll and Human Capital operations.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to learn and develop within payroll and HR operations.

About the Opportunity

The opportunity is designed for recent graduates with a Finance-related academic background who are interested in developing practical experience in payroll processing, employee compensation, financial reconciliation, payroll reporting, and related HR financial activities.

The trainee will work closely with the Payroll and Human Capital teams and gain hands‑on exposure to payroll operations within a large and fast-growing organization.

Tamheer Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the current eligibility requirements of the Human Resources Development Fund – Tamheer Program, including:

• Registered with the Human Resources Development Fund.
• Holding an eligible diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Previous work experience in the public or private sector must not exceed one year.
• Age must not exceed 30 years.
• Must not currently be employed in either the public or private sector.
• Must have remaining eligibility/training balance under the Tamheer program and must not have been excluded from the program.
• The academic qualification and specialization must be relevant to the training opportunity.
