Total Safety EMEA in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle VAT and withholding tax returns, payment vouchers, and journal entries. The role supports suppliers, employees, and the finance team.

You will reconcile accounts, record bank deposits, post cash to AR sub-ledger, and assist with monthly and yearly closings. Strong Excel, English proficiency, and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• English proficiency is a must.

Responsabilités

• Preparing monthly VAT return.
• Preparing WHT return.
• Preparing of payment vouchers, checks, & journal entry
• Follow up on advance payment to suppliers/employees.
• Reconciling book of accounts.
• Recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and
• Posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
• Monthly bank reconicliation
• Performing AP reconciliation on daily basis.
• Preparing monthly/weekly payment forecast report with sales, operation, & procurement team.
• Handling petty cash.
• Preparing AP aging and follow up with procurement dept. & suppliers.
• Assisting with monthly and yearly closing.
• Any other tasks/duties as assigned by team lead/ CA
