Job summary

Roche in Riyadh seeks a Patient Journey Partner to lead ecosystem collaboration and co-create patient-centric solutions. This functionally agnostic role eliminates traditional sales targets and focuses on faster, better outcomes for patients and the health system.

You will partner with stakeholders, prioritize resources, steward products through their lifecycle and ensure responsible use, while bridging external insights with Roche experts across the network.

Qualifications

• University degree (Pharmacy or Life science) required
• Advanced degree (Life science/MBA) is a plus
• CCXA Academy desirable

Responsibilities

• Acts as trusted partner and primary contact between stakeholders and Roche; prioritizes needs and drives solutions
• Partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock patient value
• Stewards Roche’s products through lifecycle and ensures appropriate use with HCPs
• Oversees patient journey end-to-end and collaborates with local and network PJPs
• Pulls in expertise/resources locally and from the network as needed
• Ensures great experiences when stakeholders engage with Roche employees, products and services
