Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national residing in Jeddah.
• Experience in supply chain management is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory levels to ensure stock availability for production and customer orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable pricing.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other supply-related documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement strategies.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
