Job summary

PPOAR in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to work with children with speech and language disorders in a part-time role. You will assess needs, develop plans, and provide therapy sessions to improve communication.

The position offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates, a flexible part-time schedule, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. English fluency is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist, preferably with children with special needs.
• Experience using evidence-based therapy techniques for speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of children's speech and language abilities
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each child's specific needs
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with speech and language disorders
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
