Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a part-time mental health therapist to join a provider network, delivering care via a tech-enabled platform. Remote or in-person sessions are available, with a focus on adults and potentially minors, under the Spring Health model that prioritizes evidence-based approaches and a patient-centered workflow.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Saudi Arabia or applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• English proficiency for onboarding and interviews.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below).
• Comfortable with tele-health delivery and technology.
• Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT/CPT).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients in short-term to long-term care within employer mental health programs.
• Treat adults, with potential to treat children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain calendar and complete session documentation in our scheduling system.
• Apply evidence-based treatments tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support teams and clinical care navigators for best outcomes.
• Provide culturally competent care upholding diversity and inclusion.
