Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person pulmonology care during scheduled part-time clinic sessions at the ICC clinic.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations including history, exam, and review of tests during visits.
• Develop and implement individualized management plans with medication and lifestyle guidance.
• Coordinate with the full-time clinical team to ensure continuity of care between sessions.
• Collaborate with radiology, sleep medicine, and physiotherapy for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation to support handover and continuity of care.
