Agfa HealthCare in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Manager to deliver mid-to-large scale PACS/RIS projects in the Middle East, based in the Saudi office. You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multi-site deployments.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PACS/RIS PM experience in Saudi Arabia, strong IT/workflow knowledge, and is willing to travel up to 75%. Certification such as PMP or Prince2 Foundation (prefer Practitioner) is required.

Qualifications

• PM certification such as PMP or Prince2 Foundation minimum.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with international teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timescales.
• Experience delivering medium to large scale multi-site projects in a clinical environment within the Middle East.
• At least 6 years PACS/RIS Project Management experience in Saudi Arabia.

Responsabilités

• Be the first contact for the customer within the project scope.
• Set up/validate service budgets during sales and monitor budgets during implementation.
• Organize internal and customer kick-off meetings and manage customer expectations.
• Set up project schedule and implementation strategy.
• Monitor, steer and control projects (time, budget, quality).
• Initialize project invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Manage project risks and quality.
• Manage third party suppliers as part of project deliverables.
• Organize handover from sales to implementation service and to support.
• Report project status to the regional Implementation Manager.
