Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts at the Red Sea project in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead beverage and service operations for a multi-concept resort.

You will drive budget planning, team leadership, cost control, and guest experience, with pre-opening duties and collaboration across departments. The role offers growth within the Accor luxury network and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in 4–5-star Hotel.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bars background experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the Annual Operating Budget and determine outlet revenues/expenses.
• Prepare schedules for personnel per forecast and staffing guidelines.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all outlet areas.
• Plan promotions, beverage purchases and pricing.
• Ensure sanitary conditions per health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervise daily operation under hotel standards.
• Train bar personnel to highest professionalism.
• Control beverage costs to minimize wastage and losses.
• Inspect areas daily before opening and ensure closing duties.
• Enforce and maintain all policies and procedures.
• Prepare requisitions for beverages and supplies with par stock.
• Participate in creating new drinks and presentations.
• Adhere to grooming standards per hotel policy.
• Report equipment failures to Maintenance.
• Promote inter-departmental relations and guest satisfaction.
