Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse/outbound logistics roles.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound processes and order fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS and warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Management/Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound operations including picking, consolidation, staging, loading and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower based on workload and shift requirements.
• Monitor order accuracy, productivity, throughput, backlog, and on-time dispatch.
• Resolve operational issues and outbound discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution, Transportation, and QA teams.
• Ensure proper handling of damaged, expired, and temperature-sensitive products.
• Monitor team attendance, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare shift reports and follow up on performance improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
