Job summary

Jisr is seeking an ambitious Outbound Account Executive in Al Khobar to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will engage Saudi businesses, acting as a trusted advisor to address HR, payroll, and automation challenges with Jisr’s platform.

You will prospect, build a pipeline, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and a successful expansion in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Hunter mentality: prospecting, pipeline generation, and opening doors.

Responsibilities

• Own and close quarterly sales targets and manage a pipeline of mid-to large opportunities.
• Generate your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Deal primarily with HR, Finance, and IT Managers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with weekly forecasts and clear visibility into your book.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Implementation, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless experiences.
• Conduct in-person meetings and territory visits to build strong relationships with prospects.
