Job summary

Ma’aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks an experienced Manager for OT Infra-Structure, Hosting & Connectivity to lead and optimize industrial OT compute, storage, edge platforms, and network connectivity across sites. The role drives reliability, security, and performance of hosted OT environments enabling safe operations and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in automation, electrical engineering, control systems, systems engineering, computer engineering, IT or related; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 8–12 years in OT/infrastructure, hosting, connectivity or related roles.
Hands-on with OT servers, storage, virtualization, edge compute, industrial networks and site OT environments.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain OT servers, storage, virtualization, hosting platforms, and edge compute environments across sites.
Ensure availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of hosted OT systems (MES, LIMS, historians, edge nodes).
Execute routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, backups, lifecycle management, and health monitoring.
Oversee OT networks and connectivity across plant environments, ensuring secure, resilient, and integrated OT-IT systems.
Lead the OT infrastructure team, coordinate with cloud, cybersecurity, data, and site teams; manage vendors and service delivery.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures, dashboards, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
