Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead end-to-end OT/ICS cybersecurity engagements across industrial environments, preserving safety, availability and operational resilience. You will guide OT security strategy, risk assessments, IT/OT convergence and security implementations, while mentoring multidisciplinary teams and engaging clients at executive levels.

This role focuses on delivering measurable security outcomes in complex industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in cybersecurity, industrial automation or OT with hands-on OT/ICS experience.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, historians and industrial control networks.
• Experience delivering OT security assessments, architecture, transformation or implementation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end OT/ICS cybersecurity consulting engagements from assessment to implementation.
• Assess and secure industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs and IIoT assets.
• Lead OT cybersecurity maturity and risk assessments, gap analyses and site-level reviews.
• Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, governance models and multi-year remediation programs.
• Design secure OT network architectures with segmentation, industrial DMZs and IT/OT connectivity.
• Advise on OT asset discovery, vulnerability management, secure remote access and monitoring.
• Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls maintaining production availability and safety.
• Develop OT incident response, monitoring and cyber-resilience capabilities.
• Assess legacy systems and pragmatically address risk where patching may be constrained.
• Provide leadership on IT/OT convergence and ISA/IEC 62443 guidance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery quality for client outcomes.
