Job summary

Accenture in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced OT Cybersecurity Consultant to support the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements across consulting, engineering, architecture, design and implementation. You will work with clients, OT teams, OEMs and technology vendors to design practical, secure OT environments.

The role requires hands-on design and implementation, with strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST, and collaboration across advisory and engineering teams in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity with strong OT/ICS exposure.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design and implementation.
• Understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks and control systems.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing OT security solutions.
• Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators and industrial vendors.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST and related OT standards.
• Experience creating HLD/LLD and network/security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements across assessment, strategy, architecture, engineering, design and implementation.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity, gap, risk, and security assessments across industrial environments.
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed OT security architectures, network designs, security controls, technical specs and implementation plans.
• Support the implementation and configuration of OT security technologies, including segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, vulnerability management and security controls.
• Participate in technical design workshops, solution engineering, system integration, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Work with OT, engineering, IT and cybersecurity teams to translate requirements into secure solutions.
• Collaborate with OT OEMs, system integrators and vendors to design, integrate and validate cybersecurity solutions.
• Apply IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27019 standards in engagements.
• Develop technical deliverables including HLD/LLD, security architectures, design documents and assessment reports.
• Support client workshops, presentations, demonstrations and stakeholder engagements.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and new OT cybersecurity offerings.
• Stay current with emerging OT technologies, threats, standards and engineering practices.

About the Role

Support the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements across consulting, engineering, architecture, design, and implementation. The role combines advisory expertise with hands-on technical delivery, working with clients, OT teams, OEMs, and technology vendors to design and implement practical, secure OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements across assessment, strategy, architecture, engineering, design, and implementation.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity, gap, risk, and security assessments across industrial environments.
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed OT security architectures, network designs, security controls, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Support the implementation and configuration of OT security technologies, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, vulnerability management, and security controls.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation.
• Practical understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, protocols, control systems, and engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing OT security solutions and technologies.
• Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators, and industrial technology vendors.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and other relevant OT cybersecurity standards.
• Experience developing HLD/LLD, network/security architectures, technical designs, and implementation specifications.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work across both advisory and hands-on engineering environments, translating cybersecurity requirements into implementable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
