Job summary

Siemens is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Design Engineer to engineer and monitor security measures for ICs/SIS systems and related networks in a challenging industrial environment. You will design secure architectures, oversee the full software lifecycle, and manage backup and endpoint protection deployments.

You will contribute to FAT/SAT testing, security documentation, and adherence to global standards, with 3+ years of IT/OT security design or EPC project experience in Oil & Gas contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a cyber/IT security focus is preferred.
• OT security certifications such as CISSP, GICSP or OSCP are highly desirable.
• 3+ years design/site engineering experience in IT/OT security and OT cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and monitor security measures for ICs/SIS systems and networks.
• Design security architecture and detailed cybersecurity designs following standards.
• Engage in full software/system lifecycle—from design to FAT/SAT testing.
• Manage backup technologies and installation across facilities.
• Deploy endpoint protection and SIEM solutions from leading providers.
