Job summary

Client of DSS Sustainable Solutions is seeking a senior specialist to lead organizational psychology, behavioural science and change management workstreams within large transformation programmes across the GCC. You will partner with senior clients to embed new behaviours, strengthen leadership capability and boost workforce engagement.

The role requires designing workshops and diagnostics, translating insights into practical interventions, mentoring teams, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Change Management professional in consulting or large industrial organisations.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes across GCC region.
• Industry exposure in oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining & metals, manufacturing, or asset-intensive sectors.
• Strong track record translating transformation strategies into measurable workforce adoption.
• Experience designing employee engagement, culture change, leadership development, and safety initiatives.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational psychology and change management workstreams within client transformation programmes.
• Apply behavioral science to improve safety culture, workforce engagement and leadership effectiveness.
• Design and facilitate workshops, assessments, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Translate insights and diagnostics into practical interventions and implementation plans.
• Support change strategies that accelerate workforce adoption of new ways of working.
• Partner with senior leaders to build commitment and ownership for transformation initiatives.
• Measure change outcomes, adoption rates and progress of cultural transformation.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to DSS methodologies.
• Support business development and proposal activities related to organisational transformation.
