Job summary

NextEra in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions. Strong expertise in project financial management, billing, revenue recognition and integration with Finance and Procurement.

The role requires leading workshops, BRD/FSD/RTM, SIT/UAT, go-live, and mentoring junior consultants while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and Integration teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Oracle Projects/PPM experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM Cloud).
• Hands-on experience in Project Costing, Project Billing, Revenue Management, Project Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) implementation and AMS engagements.
• Configure and manage Project Costing, Project Billing, Revenue Management, and Project Governance & Controls.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, RTM, and other functional documentation; lead SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure; ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and Integration teams; support integrations with GL, AP, AR, and OIC.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and act as a key business SPOC; drive governance reviews and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) Functional Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project financial management, project accounting, billing, revenue management, and integration with Finance and Procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) implementation and AMS engagements.
• Configure and manage:
• Project Costing
• Project Billing
• Revenue Management
• Project Governance & Controls
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and Fit-Gap analysis.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, RTM, and other functional documentation.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and Integration teams.
• Support integrations with GL, AP, AR, OIC, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Drive stakeholder management, governance reviews, and compliance activities.
• Lead production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and act as a key business SPOC.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-12+ years of Oracle Projects / PPM experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Saudi Arabia or Middle East Oracle Fusion projects.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting principles and financial compliance.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
