Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) MEA seeks an Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant to lead procurement solutions for clients in the region. You will implement Fusion modules, conduct CRP/UAT, and work with onsite client teams to configure the system and address post-implementation issues.

The role requires deep Oracle Fusion Procurement knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience in migrations and configurations following formal processes. Saudi-based on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Minimum 2 Fusion project implementations.
• Hands-on experience in Fusion modules: Purchasing, Sourcing, Self Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, i-Supplier, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes.
• Experience in configurations & migrations with due process adherence.
• Lead requirement gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with client and onsite team.
• Configure the system with client onsite and resolve post-implementation issues.
• Impact analysis and proposing enhancement solutions.

Job Description:

Must-Have:

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Procurement (Fusion) Application
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation (Minimum 2 Fusion project implementation experience is a must)
• Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Fusion Procurement modules such as Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, i-Suppler, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Inventory management, Warehouse Mgmt.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
• Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence
• Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with client and onsite team
• Work with Client Onsite teams to configure the system and resolve the issues resulting in post implementation
• Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
• Perform and co-ordinate Unit / System Integration testing

Good-to-Have:

• Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
• Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT
• Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
• High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English) with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management.
