Job summary

TCS (MEA) is seeking a Finance Application - Service Delivery Manager in Riyadh to oversee Oracle Fusion Finance support, ensure timely incident resolution, and drive SLA adherence across global delivery teams. The role demands deep Oracle Fusion Finance module expertise and strong governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and coordinate with functional and technical teams to optimise delivery

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and Tax Management.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ecosystem components such as ARCS, PCMCS, EPM, AHCS and AFCS.
• Experience in delivering Oracle Fusion support services with strong governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion support services and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Monitor service performance, ticket backlogs, and SLA adherence across assigned teams.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery and issue resolution.
• Support governance activities, operational reporting and escalation management while driving productivity and service quality.
