Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect for a major ERP transformation programme in Riyadh. The role requires senior Oracle Finance expertise, lead design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials across core modules, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery groups. The candidate will define roadmaps, guide governance, and drive finance process optimisation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years ERP/Oracle environments experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Lead Consultant or Solution Architect roles.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials experience.
• Proven Oracle Cloud implementations experience.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and cross-track dependencies.
• Experience transforming business processes is essential.
• Knowledge of EPM Cloud, AFCS or broader Oracle Cloud apps is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across all levels.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects, Tax).
• Define and execute ERP technology roadmap, governance and future-state planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map current to future processes.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and gap solutions.
• Create functional process and solution documentation aligned to needs.
• Lead CRP, SIT, training and UAT with onsite and offshore teams.
• Advise on options, risks, dependencies, and impact on other systems.
• Support incident, problem, patch analysis and high-severity resolutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities with inputs, estimates and SOWs.
• Drive finance process optimisation for efficiency and data quality.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect to join a major ERP transformation programme in Riyadh. This role is suited to a senior Oracle Finance specialist with strong end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience, the ability to lead solution design, and the confidence to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects and Tax.
• Support the definition and execution of the ERP technology roadmap, including standards, governance and future-state planning.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and provide future-state recommendations.
• Map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality and develop solutions for any gaps.
• Create functional process and solution documentation aligned to business needs.
• Lead and support CRP, SIT, training and UAT activities with onsite and offshore teams.
• Advise clients on solution options, risks, dependencies and impacts across other systems or processes.
• Support incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis and high-severity issue resolution.
• Contribute to pre-sales activity where required, including solution input, estimates, proposals and statements of work.
• Drive finance process optimisation, improving efficiency, reporting, data quality and overall business performance.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience within ERP / Oracle environments.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Lead Consultant, Solution Architect or similar senior role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and cross-track dependencies.
• Experience with business process transformation is essential.
• Knowledge of EPM Cloud, AFCS or wider Oracle Cloud applications would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with offshore teams and supporting large-scale client delivery.
