Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in IT, 7+ years in ERP, and 4+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP, with proven ability to guide solution delivery,

Qualifications

12+ years IT experience with 7+ years in ERP implementations.
4+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
Strong knowledge of finance, procurement, and HCM processes.
Experience leading architecture workshops and solution reviews.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture for Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
Define functional and technical designs aligned with business objectives.
Develop solution blueprints, standards, and roadmaps.
Lead ERP transformation programs and guide delivery teams.
Provide architectural oversight across all design, build, test, deploy phases.
Ensure alignment with enterprise governance frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign finance and procurement processes.
Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
Design data migration strategies and data governance frameworks.
Ensure seamless integration with non-Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS, legacy).
Act as trusted advisor to executives and business leaders.
Translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.
Monitor ERP performance and drive cost optimization.
