Job summary

El Seif is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Manager to lead the organization’s ERP strategy and delivery. You will oversee implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle ERP modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and HRMS, while guiding a cross-functional team of analysts and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years Oracle ERP implementation and support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong functional knowledge in Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, and HRMS.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with integration, reporting tools, and ERP best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
• ERP certification(s) in Oracle or PMP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Oracle ERP implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of Oracle ERP modules.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Manage a team of ERP analysts, developers, and consultants.
• Maintain governance, change management, and documentation practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with policies.
• Troubleshoot Oracle ERP issues with IT and functional teams.
• Manage Oracle ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
• Provide training and support to users on Oracle ERP functionalities.
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, and suggest enhancements.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud/Fusion trends and updates.
