Job summary

Envision Employment Solutions, LLC seeks an Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer to design, build and deploy AI agents for a major industrial client. You’ll work with Oracle Fusion teams to convert business context into robust agent workflows and enterprise integrations.

You will craft agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration, connecting them to enterprise systems through REST APIs while applying governance and responsible AI practices in production in Riyadh.

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer for one of our partners, an IT Services and IT Consulting company.

THE ROLE

The Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer designs, builds and deploys AI agents on Oracle AI Agent Studio for a large industrial enterprise. You’ll work alongside the Oracle Fusion functional teams, who bring the business and module context, while you bring the agentic AI engineering that turns it into working agents connected to enterprise systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, build and deploy AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio
• Translate business and module context from Oracle Fusion functional teams into agent designs and workflows
• Build agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool and function calling, and multi agent orchestration
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems through REST APIs and JSON
• Work within Oracle Fusion’s data model, security and roles, and extensibility framework
• Use OCI Generative AI services to support agent capabilities
• Apply AI governance, evaluation and responsible AI practices across everything you build

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years in AI/ML or data science, including at least 2 years in GenAI and agentic AI solutions
• Strong hands on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling and multi agent orchestration
• Hands on experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio
• Experience integrating agents with enterprise systems via REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with OCI Generative AI services
• Understanding of AI governance, evaluation and responsible AI practices
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (data model, security and roles, API and extensibility basics) is preferred; full implementation experience is not required
• Nice to have: Fusion module exposure (HCM, ERP or SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud, Python, Oracle certifications (OCI Generative AI Professional, OCI AI Foundations) and experience in mining, manufacturing or industrial sectors
