Job summary

Dhahran Hills Advertising Agency is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations from receiving work orders through production, QA, dispatch, and installation coordination.

You will be accountable for timely delivery, workforce productivity, cost control, and workplace safety while coordinating with sales, design, and procurement on each project. This role requires on-site presence in Al Khobar.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Ability to read work orders and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules, assign tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Supervise production staff, technicians, and installation teams.
• Ensure work follows approved designs, dimensions, materials, and client specs.
• Manage material requirements, stock usage, purchasing requests, and waste reduction.
• Monitor machinery readiness and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Resolve operational issues and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and management on projects.
• Submit daily reports on progress, delays, material needs, and corrective actions.

The Operations Supervisor will have full responsibility for the factory's day-to-day operations, from receiving approved work orders through production, quality control, dispatch, and installation coordination. The role is accountable for timely delivery, workmanship, workforce productivity, cost control, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules, assign tasks, and ensure all jobs meet agreed deadlines.
• Supervise production staff, technicians, and installation teams.
• Ensure all work follows approved designs, dimensions, materials, and client specifications.
• Manage material requirements, stock usage, purchasing requests, and waste reduction.
• Monitor machinery readiness and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Resolve operational issues and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and management throughout each project.
• Submit daily reports covering job progress, completed work, delays, material needs, and corrective actions.

Skills

• Proven supervisory experience in an advertising, signage, printing, or fabrication factory.
• Practical knowledge of signage fabrication, large-format printing, acrylic work, cladding, and installation.
• Strong skills in production planning, team leadership, quality control, and problem-solving.
• Ability to read work orders and technical drawings and manage multiple projects.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and production reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar and take ownership of factory performance.
