Job summary

Imploy is seeking a motivated Operations Intern to gain practical experience in daily operations, process coordination, customer communication, data management, and administrative support. The internship offers exposure to a professional work environment and opportunities to develop communication and organizational skills through hands-on tasks and collaboration with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit in business/operations related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Support the operations team in coordinating and following up on tasks.
• Assist in organizing and updating operational data and records.
• Support customer communication and follow-up when required.
• Assist in monitoring daily tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Help identify operational issues and escalate them to the relevant team.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries related to operational activities.
• Assist with testing and improving internal processes and systems.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
