We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Opertaions General Administrator to support a leading Events & Entertainment organization in Riyadh. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, administrative efficiency, and seamless coordination across departments, enabling the team to deliver high-quality live events and entertainment productions.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a professional approach, and preferably experience in the events or entertainment sector, supporting dynamic teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Support event planning and production teams with scheduling, coordination, and logistical tasks.
  • Maintain records, databases, and reports accurately and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operational execution.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and basic financial reporting as required.
  • Organize meetings, travel, and event-related arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office systems efficiently.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in events, entertainment, or live productions highly desirable.
