Job summary

Tibah Airports Operation is seeking a QA/QC Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Medina. You will develop and implement the project Quality Management System, coordinate inspections, review submittals, and drive corrective actions to ensure compliance with client specs and international codes.

The role requires 3–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction or manufacturing, with strong documentation and audit capabilities, and fluency in Arabic and professional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• 3–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Arabic fluent and English professional proficiency.
• Proficient in reading drawings, P&IDs, GA, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001.
• Prepare and update ITPs, QC procedures, and method statements.
• Perform site and factory inspections to verify compliance.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, QA docs.
• Witness third-party inspections, testing, and certifications.
• Raise NCRs and track CAPA to closure.
• Conduct internal audits and support client audits.
• Maintain quality records and traceability documents.
• Liaise with management, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Support root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with client specs and codes (ASME, ASTM, API, BS, EN).
• Conduct training and toolbox talks to promote quality.
• Compile KPIs and prepare quality performance reports.
