Job summary

Abdulmohsen Al-Tamimi Group invites an Architect Engineer to join the Engineering Red Sea - Tabuk team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on guiding a design-led process from client brief through to construction documentation, with leadership over a design team and close coordination with engineers and consultants.

The ideal candidate holds a professional architecture degree with strong concept design ability and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and MS Office, along with relevant 3D

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in architecture projects.
• Strong concept design abilities or proven potential.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office and at least one 3D software.

Responsibilities

• Appraise client brief and lead concept, schematic and detail design, tender documents, specifications and site follow up.
• Lead project team and coordinate with structural, MEP, infrastructure, and sub-consultants.
• Supervise Architects and Architectural technicians daily to ensure design quality and documentation.
• Maintain professional conduct and client satisfaction for new and existing clients.
• Report progress, design, quality, resources, changes, and site issues to Head of Department.
• Ensure correctness of own work and all team work.
• Check all CAD drawings and documents produced under supervision.
