GlaxoSmithKline in Saudi Arabia seeks an Oncology Account Manager to lead the launch of the Haematology portfolio, build strong relationships with healthcare institutions and KEEs, and drive sales targets in the assigned territory.
You will provide patient-focused detailing to HCPs, coordinate with cross-functional teams on access and tender processes, and ensure product availability while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
As an Oncology Account Manager, you will manage the soon-to-be-launched Haematology portfolio in your assigned territory through engagement with relevant stakeholders, deliver patient-focused detailing tailored for HCPs, ensure the timely availability of GSK’s Oncology products for cancer patients, lead the work for brand formulary enlisting, and ensure expedited access in key accounts. You will be accountable for yearly sales targets in the assigned territory. You will work with the Oncology cross-functional team and implement the commercial strategies to deliver performance through an end-to-end solutions-driven approach to account management. Successfully launch the new Hematology portfolio of GSK in Saudi Arabia. Establish strong relationships with Hematology Key External Experts, healthcare institutions, and Oncology societies. Deliver sales targets and LEAD KPIs for the assigned territory and play a pivotal role in the overall country brand and therapy area objectives. Deliver commercial strategies in a defined territory & offer the appropriate solutions by being a trusted Advisor to HCPs. Monitor product performance weekly & monthly and recommend required actions through developing and effectively executing a robust territory business plan aligned to commercial sales strategy. Support in marketing specific tasks & driving the premium implementation of the annual operational plan, including new campaign development and rollout based on market needs while securing necessary medical & regulatory approvals. Develop market intelligence & initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect the actual market demand. Drive end-to-end patient solutions and tracking to support the product supply process. Coordinate with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage the products' shelf life. Work closely with the tender team to provide timely feedback on proposed prices, RFQ follow-up, and overall tender process in coordination with the First Line Sales Leader Coordinate with the market access team to develop and implement access plans for a defined territory and establish a clear access roadmap with the key accounts. Conduct frequent effective external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness /education. Prioritize the efforts & resources through the robust market segmentation & targeting of assigned territory to optimize activities. Establish long-lasting relationships with scientific societies & KEEs to leverage advocacy & support patient care across the region. Master implementation of patient-focused detailing through excellence in product & disease knowledge using full collaterals. Ensure all expenses are maintained within budgets and resources are optimized.
