Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd in Saudi Arabia is seeking an operations assistant to support catering services across our fleet. The role involves coordinating ship provisioning, managing monthly meal sheets, and assisting with guest house and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities include processing POs via Ns & SAP, coordinating weekly menus, and providing general operational support to ensure smooth guest house and accommodation services for crew and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supporting all the catering operations onboard our Saudi fleet.
• Monthly meal sheet collection and submission for approval from Aramco Tanajib office.
• Ship provision supply coordination and logistic support.
• Crew change support and Aramco ID appointment support for the catering related third party companies.
• Creating POs for all vessels catering related POs through Ns & SAP.
• Saffaniya guest house catering operation and maintenance assistance.
• Saffaniya guest house & warehouse building maintenance and renovation assistance.
• Operation support for guesthouse catering service.
• General maintenance for our accommodation assets.
• Submitting monthly Saffaniya office invoices after correction check and assisting upload invoices through esker.
• Weekly menu planning and obtain approval.
• Room allotment for the guest house staff and updating the allocation weekly base.
