• Experience in a startup marketing environment.
• Background marketing tech products to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Help build marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of working.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Research unfamiliar tools and implement learnings in practice.
• Create campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports and assets.
• Set up and manage marketing infrastructure including tracking, catalogues, CRM workflows, dashboards, and automation.
• Ask the right questions before decisions or execution.
• Clarify objectives, audience, outcomes, constraints, dependencies, and metrics.
• Collaborate with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and partners.
• Identify problems early and propose practical solutions rather than escalating.
• Test new channels, formats, messages, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and translate findings into actions.
• Document successful processes for repeatability and scale.
• Take ownership from problem definition to execution and evaluation.
