Job summary

The Site Supervisor role focuses on supervising daily façade installation activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely and in line with drawings and project requirements.

You will coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers, monitor progress, and verify installation against shop drawings. The position emphasizes HSE and quality adherence and requires active participation in defect rectification and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field.
• 1-2 years of construction or site-related experience.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site activities.
• Familiarity with HSE and quality requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and learn façade installation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of daily façade installation activities according to approved drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower, and materials.
• Assist with site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure activities are completed as planned.
• Check that façade components are installed according to shop drawings and approved methods.
• Support HSE and quality requirements, including safety checks and identification of site issues.
• Report technical, material, or installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Maintain basic records of daily progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Support the team in checking completed works and following up on defect rectification.
